Eligibility

To qualify for the 90-Day Results Guarantee you must:

  • Be a first-time Luscent customer, with one claim per person and household. Anyone who has previously purchased or used a Luscent device is not eligible.
  • Use the DualLight mask as directed for 90 days, exactly as set out in the user guide.
  • Keep your order paid in full. An order that is refunded, charged back, or cancelled during the 90 days is not eligible.

Making a claim

  • Email your claim to info@luscentred.com between day 90 and day 120, counted from your first session or your delivery date, whichever comes first.
  • So we can see the change for ourselves, we will ask you for clear before and after photos of the area you wanted to improve, taken in the same lighting. It helps to take a photo when you first start. We may also ask for supporting information.

What is refunded

The price you paid for the device, returned to your original payment method within 30 days of us approving your claim. Shipping costs are not refunded, and you keep the mask.

When we may decline a claim

  • Customers who have purchased from Luscent before.
  • Photos that are unclear, appear edited, or are not of the same person.
  • Claims we reasonably believe to be dishonest or fraudulent.
  • Skin concerns related to illness or its treatment, or any condition that needs medical care.
  • Where we reasonably believe the mask was used as directed and produced a satisfactory result.
  • Orders refunded, charged back, or cancelled during the 90 days.

Good to know

This guarantee is about the visible appearance of your skin, and individual results vary. We may withdraw this guarantee for new orders at any time, but we will always honour it for orders already placed. This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not limited by it.
