Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Costs

Express Shipping

If Express Shipping is not shown at checkout for your delivery address, it means this option is not currently available for your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days after your order has shipped, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at info@luscentred.com.

Shipping Delays or Missing Packages

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, public holidays, weather events, or seasonal demand.

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please email us at info@luscentred.com and we will investigate the issue with the courier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete, we may be unable to offer a refund or reshipment.
