What is covered by this warranty?

Brighter World Pty Ltd trading as Luscent Red, ABN 40 697 254 032, of 14 Lanley Square, Ngunnawal ACT 2913, Australia, warrants the DualLight Laser + LED Light Therapy Face Mask against defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal household use. Coverage applies to the mask hardware, light emitters, controller and supplied power adapter for two years from the date your order is delivered.

What is not covered by this warranty?

This warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect operation;
• damage caused by accident, misuse, fire, liquids, improper cleaning or another external cause;
• use contrary to the supplied instructions or with an unsupported power supply or accessory;
• unauthorised repair, alteration or modification;
• commercial or institutional use; or
• loss or theft.

Your responsibilities

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the fault. We may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting or return the product for assessment. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.

What will Luscent Red do in the event of a warranty breach?

For a valid covered claim, Luscent Red will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may be repair, replacement or refund, subject to applicable law.

• normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect operation;
• damage caused by accident, misuse, fire, liquids, improper cleaning, pets or another external cause;
• use contrary to the supplied instructions or with an unsupported power supply or accessory;
• unauthorised repair, alteration or modification;
• commercial or institutional use;
• loss or theft; or
• the Infrared Sauna Blanket Insert or another non-electronic accessory.
