I really love this device because it has made a noticeable difference with my acne and fine lines. However, I’ve had some trouble getting it to charge properly at times. It doesn’t always connect right away, and I usually have to try a few times before it starts charging again. When it is fully charged, though, the device works well and gives good results.

They say it takes up to 4 weeks to see results, but honestly I started noticing a difference after about a week of consistent use. I've been pairing it with my serum and my skin just looks more even and hydrated than it has in a while. I love this mask, genuinely wasn't expecting much this early

the product arrived in good condition. One thing is I likeeee the packaging and how everything was organized when i opened the box. When I tried it, the light felt warm but not too hot. i was thinking that the red light might be too harsh on my skin, i have really sensitive skin but no reaction so far. Im on my week 2 so i’ll keep using it to see if it gets better
